Final Schedule

 Final Schedule

Although we had already come up with a schedule we had to revise and make changes to it. Unfortunately when we were about to start filming one of our group members had gotten covid. This would mean they wouldn't be able to film with us. We thought it would be best if we were to postpone filming. We made the decision that we would wait until our final group member could film with us. Although this would put us behind schedule we thought it was the best decision for the group and to make the best final product we could. Due to this change, we had to form a new schedule. This new schedule required us to add the dates we missed into the time we had left. We added more filming dates but also just extended some filming dates. We extended filming dates by about 2-3 hours. Although his schedule was tight we knew we could make these dates. With all these changed dates new issues came up. There were issues with group members needing rides to our filming location. We just decided to film right after school and I would be the one to drive everyone and after filming they would get picked up. We also had to be careful about how we filmed because filming had to be done during the day when there was sunlight out. Since the girl's day repeats the times don't change and stay in the same pattern so were would have to film on a pretty sunny or cloudy weather day. I and my group need to ensure that the weather looks similar if not the same on these filming days. When finishing the schedule we ensured to leave a day or so of the room after we plan to be done with everything. This is to ensure that if any last-minute issues arise we have the time to fix them. Overall we came up with a good new and revise schedule that worked around problems that we plan to follow.
