Planning Storyboard for my Gatorade Commercial

Image
Planning Storyboard for my Gatorade Commercial Below I will explain what will go on in each scene of my commercial.  Scene 1:  The commercial will start with a close up of a Gatorade bottle sitting along on the floor the cold condensation dripping off will make the bottle stand out and seem powerful. This will show the audience what the product being advertised is without directly stating it.  Scene 2:  There will be a shallow focus of the shot with a figure working out in the background doing a footwork drill with the focus on the Gatorade bottle to still emphasize the product. This will show the context of what Gatorade is for. Scene 3:  The camera will then zoom past the Gatorade bottle and move the focus towards the person working out. To show the common beliefs of what Gatorade is made for, which is people who are hard-working, determined, and people who give it all they got. Scene 4:  The camera will then cut to the girl drinking the Gatorade t...

Planning for Gatorade

Planning for Gatorade     The main thing that will be shown in my video is the Gatorade bottle. However, I will also have sports equipment such as agility ladders, softball bats, baseball gloves, wind resistance parachutes, and other sports items. Everyone being shot in the commercial will be wearing athletic clothing. They will also wear fitting shoes for their sport or drill. Examples of this would be cleats or sneakers. Hair will be tied back in a ponytail and actors will be wearing headbands to keep the hair out of their faces. The schedule I will be following for the commercial will run over the course of one week. On October 23rd I did my research and planning. I will do the storyboard on the 26th. This is my 30-second plan for the commercial in drawings to show what it will look like. Then I will do the filming on the 29th. This will be the actual filming and shots of the commercial. The recently filmed shots will all be edited on the 30th. Here final touches wil...

The commercial slow down when someone is talking but then will change to the workout/sports scene resulting in the tempo of the commercial to speed up. These commercials are usually centered around the drink. However, in addition to that, they have an inspirational theme throughout the video to work harder. The sound used in the commercial is also usually fast based motivating music to express the drive Gatorade gives you in your sport and life. The shot used during the ...
